Start 2019 with a solid foundation

“So this is Christmas…and what have you done? Another year over and a new one just begun!”

– Lennon, “Happy Xmas (War is over)”

2019 has finally arrived! Does anyone else feel like just when the light of holiday hope was finally within your site…that was EXACTLY when your body decided to fall apart? We held it together for as long as possible but our exhausted muscles one by one started to waver and our whole stabilising support system began to give way.

Does this sound familiar?

It might not have happened immediately. For some, you might have felt it give out as you lugged your present-laden suitcase through the airport or when you had to suddenly sprint down the beach after a windblown hat. Still, others may have thrown out their neck, breaking it down on the office Christmas party dance floor (this made up roughly 20% of our patients over December)!

Unlike most of the usual forgotten New Years Resolutions, this year why not start with an easy and attainable goal.

Bring in 2019 with a solid foundation!

Have your body assessed for any joint or muscle dysfunction. Have you been LIVING with aches and pains thinking there is nothing you can do? A lot of pain associated with movement can be improved and in some cases completely relieved by treating any joints or muscles that aren’t functioning properly or correcting movement patterns.

Start your year off ready to take on new challenges because you will know that your body will be able to handle it.

We only get ONE BODY, make sure that it will LAST

LIVE A LIFETIME!
